We got the floors done just in time for our first batch of visitors too. My mom and two little sisters, Mackenzie and Isabella, came for my birthday in June. It was so nice to see them and get to discuss every little decorating issue that only a mother and daughter can.

Isabella is sooo cute. I think this Texas size drink was bigger then her head. You gotta love a little girl who finds her sunglasses more comfortable upside down.
We also had our first barbeque at the house for the 4th of July. Jeff and I went to the store to get a barbeque since we didn’t have one. The one we picked was a little red barbeque. When we went to get some utensils for the grill I grabbed a set that were blue. Jeff looked at me with a sad face and said, “but they don’t match.” I then proceeded to put back the blue set of utensils and replace them with the red set of utensils, in which I got a nice big smile in return. Who said men don’t like to color coordinate??
